Before you buy, please make sure you request a trial account. We have set up a test account so you can test it. If you're not satisfied, don't buy long-term service.

If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to see and use our services and then you cannot request a refund.

Our large team is ready to respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If for any reason you are unable to set up the Genova TV service on the devices you are using, no refund will be given. Please see the necessary instructions for setting up IPTV.

If you made a mistake choosing the service and completed the payment, you can create a ticket in the support section entitled Payment Error.

If your account expires in 7 days, the refund request will not be accepted.
